David Dunne offers a full one to one consultancy service in relation to period joinery such as sash windows, window shutter boxes, doors, architraves and wall panels. His work can be used for restoration and new builds for classic finishing. David Dunne can repair and refurbish period windows and doors, returning them to their former glory. If damage by the passage of time or exposure to the elements is beyond repair, he can faithfully reproduce sizes and moulding profiles in every detail.

If the damage is not extensive, David Dunne can repair sash windows in-situ, thus ensuring they are correctly balanced and draughtproofed and so reducing noise and rattles.

All repairs are carried out using workshop primed sustainable hardwoods and are finished with custom finishes to fit right back in where the piece belongs.
